Gotta Start Somewhere ,)

I'm writing in the journal. Even though no one would read this. Don't matter, this is for meself I guess. As a sort of "memory" thing. Or like a diary.
Anyhoo, after all these years of browsing Devy and just commenting/faving, I'm probably going to submit something myself. Mind you, it'll probably be just this one. It's so exhausting when I get serious @_@.
Being the kid I am at heart, I saw Disney's The Princess and the Frog. It made me in the mood for drawing again ^^.
So far, the pic's already been drawn and scanned. If only it were that easy. I've never had talent for colouring (unless its colouring within the lines in grade school). I'd always stop after drawing the picture. So I decided to colour using Photoshop. At first I thought merely colouring it would be like MS Paint but more advanced - but I was only half right. It's so complex! But it looks better. At least I hope it'll beat my hopeless skills with the good old coloured pencils

Btw, t'was my lil sis who persuaded me to do this. So if I end up being more active here she may gloat in the future. Sorry also, Naiefae, that I hadn't submitted anything yet even though you offered to scan.
Now, I must get to working on it! *Proceeds to view Photoshop tutorials.*
